Thank you for choosing Destinazones for your upcoming adventure. We understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all our travelers.
Deposit and Payment Schedule

A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required within 3 days after filling out the registration form to secure your booking.

The remaining balance (75% of the trip price) must be paid at least 7 days before the trip begins.
Cancellation Policy

Deposit Refund: The deposit is non-refundable. Once you have paid your deposit, it secures your booking but cannot be returned in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Trip: If you cancel your trip more than 14 days before the scheduled departure, we will refund 50% of the total trip price, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation 7 Days or Less Before Trip: If you cancel your trip 7 days or less before the scheduled departure, there will be no refund available.

Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, where circumstances beyond our control prevent the trip from happening (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), we will offer the option to reschedule to a later date. Please note, options for rescheduling will depend on availability and may be subject to price adjustments.
